Consultancy service for development of a rainfall advisory system for an existing mobile application (GCF Project)

The Government of Republic of Maldives represented by Ministry of Environment (MoEnv) has received financing from the Green Climate Fund (GCF) for the project to Support vulnerable communities in Maldives to manage climate change-induced water shortages, and intends to apply portion of the financing for eligible payments under the contract for the project “[Consultancy service for development of a rainfall advisory system for an existing mobile application]”.

A complete set of the bidding documents and related documentation is available with the advertisement and on the Ministry of Environment website www.environment.gov.mv for downloading free of cost. The Employer shall not be liable for any information not received by the Bidder. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to verify the website for the latest information related to this bid.

• Qualifications requirements are stated in the Bidding Document.

Bid Registration

Interested Bidders shall register with the Ministry of Environment via the application form available at Ministry website www.environment.gov.mv and shall mail to the email address [email protected] not later than 1200 hours on 16^th February 2021.

Bid Clarification

• Any clarifications to the bid may be sent to  below given email addresses on or before Februry 15^th 2021 1400 hours.

Pre-bid Meeting

A pre-bid meeting will be held on 14^th February 2021 at 1000 hours Maldivian time at the Ministry of Environment

 Bid Validity and Bid Opening

• Bids Shall be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of Bid of Opening and shall be delivered to the Ministry of Environment at the address specified in the clause 23.2 (c) of this Invitation for Bids, on or before 1000 hours, Maldivian time on 22^nd February 2021 at which time they will be opened in the presence of the Bidders who submit the bids. Late bids will be rejected.
