Graduate certificate in Finance/ Legal.
OVERALL SCOPE
Managing the day to day operations and overall management of Procurement Department and Developing purchasing strategies that meet with the operational requirements.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum 3 years of experience in Corporate governance and thorough with corporate polices.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement procurement strategies that are innovative, cost-effective, and incorporate the company objectives.
 - Lead transformational activities to build procurement organizational capabilities and improve procurement efficiency.
 - Research to discover profitable suppliers; work with vendors to secure advantageous terms.
 - Oversee supply needs; approve the ordering of necessary goods and services.
 - Develop and implement policies and Standards of Procedures to ensure an efficient workflow from initiation to completion of procurement functions.
 - Collaborate with key persons to ensure clear communication of the specifications and expectations of the company.
 - Anticipating unfavorable events through data analysis; prepare control strategies.
 - Oversee supply needs; approve the ordering of necessary goods and services.
 - Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
 - Monitors business trends and product availability to pay the best price for company goods and services without sacrificing quality or delivery times.
 - Ensure the procurement activities are conducted in compliance with the company policies and the applicable laws of the regulatory authorities.
 
SALARY PACKAGE
Basic Salary MVR 20,000.00
Fixed allowance 50% of Basic salary
