Post Graduate Certificate in Information Technology.

OVERALL SCOPE

Oversee the functions of the IT Department and develop, implement and oversee policies and procedures related to ensure consistent service levels and quick resolutions.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum Five Years of Experience in relevant field.

SCOPE OF WORK

1. Responsible for the overall planning, organizing, and execution of all IT functions of the Company.
2. Devising and establishing IT policies and systems to support the implementation of company strategies.
3. Direct the operations to meet company requirements as well as support and maintenance of existing applications and development of new technical solutions.
4. Ensure the consistency and maintainability of existing applications by reviewing, maintaining, and enforcing standards for implementing technical solutions.
5. Lead and coordinate development of infrastructure to ensure key business strategies and processes are supported by systems that enable growth and flexibility.
6. Ensure availability of necessary application systems to support business and operation needs.
7. Lead and coordinate selection, installation, operation, support, and maintenance of information technology infrastructure (i.e. operating systems, networks, telecommunications, hardware, and peripherals).
8. Protect the company and its operations against IT risks, including unauthorized access to information, data integrity problems, loss of processing capability, and poor service levels.
9. Assist in setting office automation standards within the company and oversee acquisition, deployment, and support of office support systems.
10. Cooperate with Departments in conceptualizing, developing, and launching technology-based products and services.
11. Participate actively to ensure the company systems environment addresses the needs of the business.
12. Develop Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to establish problem resolution expectations and timeframes.

SALARY PACKAGE:

Basic Salary MVR 20,000.00

Fixed allowance 50% of Basic salary
