MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT

1. Bachelor’s Degree or MNQF Level 7 Qualification in relevant field (OR)
2. Advance Diploma or MNQF Level 6 Qualification in relevant field with minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in the field (OR)
3. MNQF Level 4 Qualification in relevant field with 8 years’ experience in relevant field.

OVERALL SCOPE
Responsible to ensure that there are no breakdowns in engineering systems and inspect the working condition of equipment and engineering systems and ensure all standards are maintained on regular basis.

SCOPE OF WORK
• Preparing surfaces prior to beginning work.
• Fabricating, altering, repairing, and maintaining walls, floors, partitions and other related structures or surfaces.
• Determining work requirements and sequence of masonry/tile assignments through review of work orders, plans, or drawings.
• Coordinating with clients, engineers and other people in the construction for the project.
• Operating heavy equipment.
• Making assessments, reports, and note needed materials.
• Making plans and reporting changes to the project coordinator.
• Inspecting the working condition of equipment and engineering systems.
• Preparing reports, maintaining inventories, and keeping accurate records, order equipment and supplies.

JOB SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS
• Should be familiar with Microsoft office package and any other work relevant software.
• Should be able to work as an individual and as a flexible team player.
• Strong communication skills (verbal as well as written).
• Should be able to priorities tasks and manage one's own time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

SALARY PACKAGE:

Gross Salary between 16,250.00 to 18,125.00 based on qualification and experience.
