INVITATION FOR BIDS 

1. The Ministry of Education now invites, eligible Bidders for recruiting professional expatriates for employment purpose by the Ministry of Education. Ministry of Education will select 3 recruitment agencies for a 2 year period.
2. Interested bidders shall register with the Ministry of Education by submitting the Bid Registration form using the link below from October 12, 2020 to October 19, 2020 and, by payment of a non-refundable Registration fee of MVR 200.00 (Maldivian Rufiyaa Two Hundred) before 1400 Hours Maldivian Time on October 20, 2020.

1. Registration payment shall be made through Ministry of Finance online portal - Ban’deyri Pay (https://bandeyripay.finance.gov.mv) before 1400 Hours Maldivian Time on October 20, 2020. Payment instruction is available with this announcement.
2. A complete set of bidding documents and related documentation is available with this announcement and, also on Ministry of Education website www.moe.gov.mv for downloading free of cost on October 12, 2020. The MoE shall not be liable for any information not received by the Bidder. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to verify the website for the latest information related to this Bid.
3. The Bidder shall furnish a bid security of MVR 5,000.00 (Five Thousand Maldivian
   Rufiyaa- MVR or equivalent in USD) for the project. The Bid security shall be valid for 60 days
   from the date of bid opening.
4. Any clarifications to the project may be sent to the address in clause 8 of this invitation on or before 1800 Hours Maldivian Time on Wednesday, October 20, 2020.
5. Pre-bid meeting of this project will be held via Google Meet at 1100 Hours Maldivian Time on Tuesday, October 22, 2020. Meeting invitation will be sent via email to all registered bidders.
6. Bids shall be delivered to the Ministry of Education at the address specified in the Clause 8 of this Invitation for Bids, on or before 1100hrs, Maldivian time on November 01, 2020 the time at which they will be opened in the presence of the Bidders who wish to attend the bid opening. Late bids will be rejected.
