- Provide financial advice to the Managing Director and Executive Management Team of the Company on investments in subsidiaries, acquisitions, mergers, and restructuring, dissolution or liquidation. Determine the requirements for borrowing and issuing of debts or raising of share capital
- Plan Business and Financial strategy, including management and development of policies, systems, processes, business modelling and forecasting; conducting risk assessment; researching and reporting on factors influencing business performance; assessing the financial implications of new or existing ventures; conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
Make sound proposals, analyses problems, identify alternative solutions, project consequences of proposed actions and implement recommendations in support of goals

Minimum Qualification & Experience Required
|
- Member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountant(ACCA), or Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA), Chartered Public Accountants(CPA), or Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), or member of any other professional accounting body recognized by IFAC
- With Minimum 10 years of which 5 years’ experience in financial and corporate reporting.
- Minimum 5 years’ senior management experience in a corporate environment.
- Sound knowledge in Application of IFRS.
Or
- Masters’ Degree in Accounting Finance or equivalent qualification.
- With Minimum 12 years of which 6 years’ experience in financial and corporate reporting.
- Minimum 5 years’ senior management experience in a corporate environment.
- Sound knowledge in Application of IFRS.

- To monitor the integrity of the financial statements of the Company and any announcements of the Company’s financial performance, reviewing significant financial reporting judgments contained in them, review and recommend for Board and shareholders’ approval quarterly and annual statements.
- To review the Company’s internal control, internal audit, compliance and risk management systems.
- Provides effective coaching, on the job training, and performance feedback to other members of the Internal Audit team to aid professional development.
