Procurement of Cables
Fenaka Corporation Limited requests quotation from interested local and foreign companies to supply cables as per Information Sheet attached.
- All bids should be accompanied with a bid security of USD 5,000.00 (Five Thousand US Dollars).
- Bid security should be:
- Original bank guarantee letter (or)
- Bank guaranteed and stamped cheque (or)
- An insurance policy from Maldives Monetary Authority registered insurance company.
- Bid security must be submitted in the name of the bidder.
- Bid security should be valid for 20 (twenty) additional days beyond the validity of the quotation.
- Bid should be valid for a period of 60 (sixty) days from the date of bid opening.

Interested bidders shall register (excluding public holidays) at Fenaka Corporation Head Office (7th Floor, Ports Complex Building) as mentioned above and late registration is not accepted.
Bids shall be opened on 10th February 2020at 1300hrs Maldivian time, in the presence of the bidders and any late bids will be rejected.
Important Note:
Please note that only the parties who registered are eligible to participate in the tender. Also, it is in Fenaka Corporation Limited’s discretion to cancel this bid invitation at any time.
