The advertisement no (IUL) 138-AS6/1/2019/116 dated 01^st December 2019, has been cancelled and it is being re-advertised.

The Ministry of Housing and Urban Development, invites bids from eligible and qualified bidders to Audit a Housing Project. Interested bidders should attend pre-bid meeting which will be on 8^th December 2019 at 11:00 am in Ministry of Housing and Urban Development. The bids will not be accepted if the bidder fails to attend the pre-bid meeting.

Bids must be submitted to Ministry of Housing and Urban Development on 17^th December 2019 at 13:00 pm. Late bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened in the presence of all the parties who submitted the bids. If 17^th December 2019 is declared a Government holiday, bid should be submitted on the next official working day.

If the bid price exceeds MVR 250,000/- (Maldivian Rufiya Two hundred and fifty thousand), the bidder must submit a bid security of MVR 1800/- (Maldivian Rufiya One thousand and eight hundred) for the project. The Bid security shall be valid for 120 days from the date of bid opening.

The Bid should be submitted in hard copy and in a sealed envelope stating the Name of the bidder, Announcement number, date and time of the submission of bid.
