JOB VACANCY

 WORK SITE:  MTDC Head Office, Male’

 MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing the Executive’s calendar, organize / schedule meetings, appointments etc.
• Proactively advise Executive of appointments, meetings, deadlines and events.
• Greet and provide general support to clients, visitors &, meeting attendees.
• Maintain contact list, record notes and messages
• Develop and maintain a proper filing system for important correspondence.  
• Preparation of regularly required reports, documents & presentations etc.
• Produce and distribute both internal / external correspondence memos, emails, letters etc.
• Coordinate local and international travel arrangements for official trips.

 QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE & OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Business Administration or related field
• At least one year working experience in a relevant field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English & Dhivehi
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Self-motivated team player
• Commitment to working efficiently and accurately
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
• Professional and friendly disposition.

 REMUNERATION:  MVR 12,000/- to MVR 18,000/- depending on qualification and experience
