Expressions of Interest (EOI) to develop and operatea restaurant at Gan International Airport

LETTER OF INVITATION

Addu International Airport Pvt Ltd (AIA), a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Maldives hereby seeks Expression of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified and experienced parties to develop and operate a restaurantat at Gan International Airport. The restaurant shall be developed outside the terminal. 

The restaurant shall be developed outside the terminal and interested parties meeting the following criteria are invited to submit the EOI with the required enclosed documents.

COMPOSITION OF EOI

1. Letter of Expression of Interest.
2. Business information along with business registration copies, Memorandum and Articles of Association and taxpayer registration copies.
3. Evidence of experience in operation of restaurant, café’.

TERM AND CONDITIONS

1. This EOI document does not constitute a Tender or RFP in any form nor does it create a legal obligation or commitment on part of AIA.
2. All costs and expenses incurred by a respondent or any person or organization associated with the respondent by its involvement in this EOI and any further stage, will be borne solely by the respondent of that person or organization.
3. The bidder shall submit EOI along with documents mentioned above and upon evaluation of the EOIs received, selected parties shall be invited to participate in the tender through Request for Proposal (RFP upon payment of tender fees.)
4. After lodging the submissions, prospective tenants shall not attempt to initiate any further contact, whether direct or indirect, with AIA on their submission or in respect of this Document or any part thereof. AIA shall have the sole right to initiate any such contact.
5. AIA reserves the right to cancel or amend this EOI invitation as a whole or in part without any reasons whatsoever.

Request for Proposals (RFP’s) will only be issued to parties that registered for this tender and consideration will only be given for the proposals which meets the criteria above.
