REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
Training of Operators for Operation & Maintenance of Sewerage Systems in Maldives
The Government of Republic of Maldives represented by the Ministry of Environment (MOE) intends to procure the services of an institute/company/firm to conduct Training of Operators for Operation & Maintenance of Sewerage Systems in Maldives.
The main objective of the assignment is to develop and improve the operation and maintenance (O&M) sewerage services provided by utility centers.
The Ministry of Environment and Energy now invites interested eligible consulting firms/Institutes to submit their Expressions of Interest (EoI). Interested firms must provide information including that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions and general qualifications and experience of key staff, and so forth).
A Consultant will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the National Procurement Regulations issued by the Ministry of Finance and Treasury.
Request for Proposal (RFP) for the consulting services will be available on the Ministry’s website www.environment.gov.mv and the national gazette www.gazette.gov.mv . The proposals should be submitted to the Ministry of Environmentt address below. All submissions will be opened at the Ministry of Environment at 11:15 hours on 11th September 2019 in the presence of representative of the bidders.

Proposal must be in a sealed and enveloped, indicating the subject of this work, name of the bidder, date of the submission and the time as indicated.
