Qualifications and experience |
The main purpose of this assignment is to conduct a baseline study on the prevalence, characteristics, reasons and socio-demographic correlations of domestic violence, and to find out the perceptions of the survivors in coping with the acts of violence and in overcoming the situation. The scope of work and expected outputs/deliverables will be the following:

Specific role and expected contribution |
Individual consultants will be evaluated based on a cumulative analysis taking into consideration the combination of the applicants’ qualifications and financial proposal.
The award of the contract would be given to the consultant whose offer has been evaluated and determined as:
The final evaluation score will be based on combined scoring method where technical evaluation will be weighted a maximum of 70% and combined with the financial offer which will be weighted a maximum of 30%. |

Note: - If the required qualifications mentioned are met, only shortlisted applicants will be contacted for an interview. - This consultancy is contract based and only valid for a specified duration of time. - The consultant will be selected after taking into account both the academic and professional qualifications as well as the interview. The applicant that scores the highest marks will be selected.
