Maldives Industrial Fisheries Company Ltd (MIFCO), a subsidiary of State Trading Organization Plc. is seeking to purchase a sets of diesel powered generator for its operating centres, Felivaru and Kooddoo.

Maldives Industrial Fisheries Company now invites sealed bids from interested and eligible bidders for: Supply, conveyance, installation, synchronizing, testing and commissioning of 3 Phase, 50Hz, 415V, 1250 KVA Diesel Generator sets including its panel boards as per technical details given in Section V of this bid document. The generator set is to be synchronized with the existing power grid of both Felivaru and Kooddoo Fisheries Complex.

The provisions in the Instructions to Bidders and in the General Conditions of contract (GCC) are based according to the guidelines set in this bid document.

A complete bid document  on a Compact Disk (CD)  in PDF format may be purchased by interested eligible bidders on the submission of a written application to Maldives Industrial Fisheries Company Ltd (MIFCO), Hilaalee magu, Maafannu, Male, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of MVR 200.00

All bids must be accompanied by a bid security as specified in the bid document and must be delivered to MIFCO at the time and date indicated above.

Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend on the specified date and time. 

6.

In the event of the date specified for bid receipt and opening being declared as a closed holiday for purchaser’s office, the due date for submission of bids and opening of bids will be the following working day at the appointed times. 

7.

Site visits from Male to Felivaru and Kooddoo will have to be arranged by the bidder and date and time of visit must be informed to MIFCO at least 2 days before the date of visit.
