Thilafushi Corporation Ltd. (TCL) invites all interested parties to submit proposal to supply and delivery of below mentioned machinery.

• The bidder shall be registered to submit a bid upon payment of a non-refundable Registration fee of MVR 500/- (MVR Five Hundred)
• The Bidder shall furnish a Bid Security of MVR 25,500.00 (MVR Twenty-Five Thousand) which shall be valid for 28 days beyond the validity of the Bid.
• Performance Security required under the contract shall be 2.5% of the Contract Price.
• An Advance Payment of 15% of the contract price shall be provided upon submission of an Advance Payment Guarantee.
• Only one proposal can be submitted by each party.
• Bids shall be valid for at least 90 days from the date of submission of bids.
• Thilafushi Corporation reserves the right to reject proposals with incomplete information.

Bids would only be accepted from parties registered to participate in the bid. All bid proposals shall be submitted in sealed envelopes. Bid opening will be held at Thilafushi Corporation with all those who want to participate in the bid opening meeting. Evaluation criteria of this project is included in the bid documents. Bidders may obtain further information from the procurement department.
