    REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST   

Development of 25 storey Treasury Building

The Ministry of Finance and Treasury of the Government of Republic of Maldives requires to develop a 32,500 Sq.ft area as a 25 storey Multi Office Complex to provide office space for Government and public institutions.

The Ministry of Finance and Treasury now invites local and foreign eligible firms to indicate their interest in Development of a 25 storey Treasury Building. Interested firms must provide specific information which demonstrates that they are fully qualified to perform the services (background of the firm’s technical expertise, description of any similar assignments undertaken, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, value of those services, etc.). The firm shall be selected based on the qualification and experience.

Developer may associate with other firms in the form of a joint venture to enhance their qualifications.

A more detailed Terms of Reference (TOR) for the Development works will be available on the Ministry’s website www.finance.gov.mv. Interested firms may obtain further information by writing to the address below.

The expressions of interests must be delivered to the address below by regular mail, emails or fax, no later than 1400 hours Maldivian time on August 20, 2015.
