We here by cancel MTCC-PD/IU/2020/030 dated on 03rd March 2020 as the EOI submitted parties are not responsive.
Maldives Transport and Contracting Company Plc (MTCC) invites interested parties with a demonstrated capacity to resubmit EOI for the construction of Dr. Abdul Samad Memorial Hospital OPD Area, Emergency Room and Labor Area.
The following pre-qualified parties are hereby invited to submit the EOI:
The parties shall:
1- be a listed member of the National Contractors Registry and shall satisfy the following grades in order to be eligible to participate in this tender.
GC01-1, GC01-2.
2- be able to grant a credit period of minimum 90 days for each billed invoice,
3- have their construction related assets registered, or have a current contract with such a service provider,
4- have completed projects of similar value and/or nature in the past 5 years,
5- have a good standing with their banking institution,
6- have a good standing with MIRA.
Qualified and interested Parties are hereby invited to submit the EOI as below.
The following documents should be submitted for the EOI to be responsive.
1- Company registration certificate
2- Current Certificate of Registration as a GC01, grade 1 or 2 contractor at NRC.
3- A Board Resolution by the party stating the party will be granting minimum 90 days credit for each billed invoice.
4- Asset registry of construction assets which is under the registration of the party, or copy of current contract, attested.
5- Copies of completion certificates of similar value and/or nature issued in the last 5 years.
6- Bank letter of good standing dated no earlier than 10 (Ten) working days prior to the EOI submission date.
7- Tax Clearance Report obtained from Maldives Inland Revenue Authority dated no earlier than 10 (Ten) working days prior to the EOI submission date.
