The charter party will be made based on BIMCO STANDARD TIME CHARTER PARTY FOR CONTAINER VESSELS (as revised 2004) code name: “BOXTIME 2004” with amendments and Rider Clauses proposed by STO.

Registration:Tenderers can register by visiting our Head Office (during office hours) and via below email. Deadline for Registration is 06^th January 2020, 1600hrs.

Bid Documents:A complete set of Bidding Document in English shall be sent via e-mail on the   06^th January 2020, only to the parties who have registered.

Questions and Replies:Questions shall be type-written in English and shall be submitted to the address specified below. Deadline for queries is08^th January 2020, 1100hrs by e-mail.

Replies to questions will be given to all those who successfully registered under the tender by 09^th January 2020.

Tender Submission:(NOT LATER than on 13^th January 2020 at 1100hrs. Submissions after deadline shall be rejected.
