All parties interested in media coverage, observing or monitoring The Parliament Election 2019 will be required to obtain 30 days on-arrival single entry Special Visa. Individuals keen on visiting Maldives for the above stated purpose have to apply for Special Visa by email and are only supposed to arrive after the approval of visa. The visa payment is to be made on arrival.

• Visa application form: Completed Special Visa application form (IM22) in PDF format.
• Data page of passport: Scanned colour copy of passport data page in PDF format.
• Passport size photo (recent, white background) in JPG or JPEG format. 
• Letter from the representative organization in PDF format.

The deadline for Visa application is 3 April 2019 and the applications submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
