Request for Expressions of Interest (Individual Consultant)

 

Announcement No: (IUL) 461/1/2018/6 

 

In reference to our announcement number: (IUL) 461/1/2018/5 dated 7th November 2018. Due to lack of eligible submitters we are re-announcing for the service of the local individual consultant.

 

 

A major initiative for strengthening and assuring the quality of the education system is been conducted by the Quality Assurance Department (QAD). The main role of QAD is to monitor the quality of education and ensure that a higher standard of education system is developed and maintained across the Maldives. Currently QAD is conducting School Reviews across the country to determine the areas of improvement and immediate attention.

 

Quality Assurance Department (QAD) seeks a specialist/ local individual consultant for the development of an analytical report on the key findings of the 70 schools reviewed in 2018.


Interested local parties may download the terms of reference attached with this announcement which identify the scope of service, the key qualifications and experience relevant to this position.

 

Interested eligible Individual Consultants are invited to submit their Expression of Interest

NOTE: All applicants must arrive at QAD 5 minutes prior to submission time. All applications will be received and opened in the presence of all applicants. Late arrivals/submissions will not be accepted.

 

The Expressions of Interest need to be submitted along with the Curriculum Vitae, relevant reference letters, attested copy of validated documents supporting the candidate’s educational qualification and experience, and the attested copy of ID card/Passport.

The applications will not be processed if the supporting documents of the candidate’s qualification and experience are not validated and attested.

All questions and queries concerning the EOI must be submitted by email to [email protected] no later than 27 November 2018 before 13:00 hours. Response to individual questions will be sent to all the potential applicants via email.

 

Note: Consulting services will be selected in accordance with the government financial policies and UNICEF guidelines.
