Procurement of Meeting Room Furniture (EEDP/G.39) 

Announcement No: (IUL) 22-E/22/2018/107

REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS

With regard to the quotations received for initial announcement (IUL) 22-E/22/2018/97, due to the prices exceeding the budget, the Ministry of Education now re-invites sealed quotations from eligible bidders for the procurement of Meeting Room Furniture (1 Conference Table and 25 Chairs).

Information Session:

An information session will NOT be held for this procurement. Your queries can be sent to [email protected] inquiries can be made to 3341317 or 3341318.

RFQ and supporting document:

Request for Quotation (RFQ) document, Information Sheet is attached to this announcement. Bids without the completed RFQ document will be rejected.

Bid Opening:

Interested parties must submit their sealed quotations on or before 21^st June 2018 (Thursday) at 11:00 am at Coordination Support Unit, Ministry of Education (Ground Floor, Ghaazee Building), where they will be opened in the presence of bidders who wish to attend bid opening. Bids without the completed RFQ document and late bids will be rejected.

Selection of Bidders:

Bidding will be conducted through the Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement of Goods, Works and Non-Consulting Services under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants by World Bank Borrowers  January 2011(“Procurement Guidelines”), and is open to all eligible vendors as defined in the Procurement Guidelines.
