1. The Ministry of Finance and Treasury invites eligible firms for the consultancy of MoFT Digitalization Strategy - Designing Corporate Visual Identity and Development of Website for Ministry of Finance and Treasury.
2. The Ministry of Finance and Treasury now invites eligible firms to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested firms must provide specific information which demonstrates that they are fully qualified to perform the services (background of the firm’s technical expertise, description of any similar assignments undertaken, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, value of those services, etc.).
3. The firm shall be selected based on the qualification and experience, in accordance with the procedures set out in the Public Finance Act of Maldives released on 2017. A firm will be selected in accordance with the Quality-and Cost-Based Selection (QCBS) method set out in the Consultant Guidelines.
4. A more detailed Terms of Reference (TOR) for the consultancy services will be available on the Ministry’s website www.finance.gov.mv. Interested firms may obtain further information by writing to the address below. 
5. The expressions of interest must be delivered to the address below by regular mail, emails or fax, no later than 1100 hours Maldivian time on May 29^th, 2018.
