Procurement of Digital Queue System for DHE-MQA Student Area (EEDP/G.34)

REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS

The Ministry of Education now invites sealed quotations from eligible bidders for the procurement of Digital Queue System for DHE-MQA Student Area (according to specifications).

Information Session:

An information session will be held for this procurement on 8^th May 2018, Tuesday at 13:00 pmat Coordination Support Unit, Ministry of Education (Ground Floor, Ghaazee Building).

RFQ and supporting document:

Request for Quotation (RFQ) document and Information Sheet is attached to this announcement. Bids without the completed RFQ document will be rejected. Your queries can be sent to [email protected] until 11:00 of 9^th May 2018.

Bid Opening:

Interested parties must submit their sealed quotations on or before 10^th May 2018  (Thursday) at 13:30 pm at Coordination Support Unit, Ministry of Education (Ground Floor, Ghaazee Building), where they will be opened in the presence of bidders who wish to attend bid opening. Bids without the completed RFQ document and late bids will be rejected.

Selection of Bidders:

Bidding will be conducted through the Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement of Goods, Works and Non-Consulting Services under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants by World Bank Borrowers  January 2011(“Procurement Guidelines”), and is open to all eligible vendors as defined in the Procurement Guidelines.
