1. The Ministry of Finance and Treasury, on behalf of Ministry of Environment and Energy  (the Employer), invites bids from local and international eligible and qualified bidders for the following projects on labour contract basis.

2. The Works in Aa.Mathiveri include Construction/ Installation of Gravity Sewer Network and Lifting Stations, Pumping Stations, Sea Outfall and other related works. The Works in F.Nilandhoo include Construction/Installation of Water Supply Network, Water Collection Tanks, RO Plant Unit, Storage Tanks and an Office/Administration Building and other related works.

3. The Bidder shall be registered to submit a bid upon payment of a non-refundable Registration fee of MVR 1,500/- (Maldivian Rufiyaa One Thousand Five Hundred) for each project from4^th April  2018 to 23^rd April 2018between 0830hrs and 1200hrs on all working days. A complete set of bidding documents in electronic format shall be available for download from the Ministry of Finance and Treasury website www.finance.gov.mv

4. The Bid security shall be valid for 148 days from the date of bid opening.

5. Any clarifications to the project may be sent to the address in clause 7 of this invitation for bids on or before 1330 Hours Maldivian Time on Thursday, 12^th April 2018.

6. Bids shall be valid for a period of 120 days from the date of bid opening and shall be delivered to the     Ministry of Finance and Treasury at the address specified in Clause 7 of this Invitation for Bids, on or  before 1000 hrs Maldivian Time on 25^th April 2018, at which time they will be opened in the presence of the Bidders who wish to attend the bid opening.
