Development of Energy and Water Saving Guidelines [Second Advertisement]

The Ministry of Environment and Energy has received financial assistance from Global Environment Facility (GEF) administered by the United Nations Environment Programme (UN Environment) to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions through energy efficiency in the building sector under the project Strengthening Low Carbon Energy Island Strategies (LCEI) and intends to procure services for the development of energy and water saving guidelines.

The proposals which qualify for the financial evaluation for the advertisement no. (IUL)438-CCD/438/2018/44 dated 5 February 2018, exceeds the allocated budget for the consultancy. Hence, the advertisement has been cancelled and consultancy assignment is re-advertised.

Ministry invites eligible consultancy firms to submit proposals according to the Terms of Reference. A detailed Terms of Reference for the services will be attached with this invitation and available on the Ministry website www.environment.gov.mv.

Proposal Submission

Proposals must be delivered in sealed envelopes titled “Development of Energy and Water Saving Guidelines” on or before 1^st April 2018 at 1100 hrs, to the below address. Electronic bidding will not be accepted. Late proposals will be rejected. Proposals will be opened in the presence of the bidder’s representatives, who choose to attend in person at the address below on 1^st April 2018 at 1300 hrs.
