REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)                    

 Consultancy Services for Survey, Design of Sewerage Facilities in Ga. Dhaandhoo

The Government of Republic of Maldives has allocated funds in the PSIP Budget 2018 towards the cost of water infrastructure development on Ga. Dhaandhoo intends to apply part of the proceeds towards procuring the services of EIA works, Survey and Design Consultancy of these projects.

The Services include Survey Work, Preparation of Preliminary and Detailed Design and Tender Documents and Environment Impact Assessment and Impact Monitoring for the Provision of Water Supply Facilities in Ga. Dhaandhoo, Maldives.

The Government of Maldives, represented by Ministry of Environment and Energy (MEE), now invites interested eligible consultants to submit their proposals according to the Request for Proposals (RFP). Interested parties must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignment, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.).  Parties may associate to enhance their qualifications.

Deadline for Clarifications
A detailed Tender Document for the services will be attached with this invitation and available on the Ministry website www.environment.gov.mv. Interested parties may obtain further information before 27^th March 2018, Tuesday at 12:00hrs on request by writing to the address below.

Deadline for Registration

All interested bidders shall be registered to submit the bids through email to [email protected]. Bidders who do not register shall not be valid for bid submission. The last date of bid registration is 26^th March 2018, Monday before 1400hrs

Proposal Submission

The proposals should be submitted to the Ministry of Environment and Energy address below. All submissions will be opened at the Ministry of Environment and Energy on 29^th March 2018, Thursday at11:00 hours in the presence of representative of the bidders. The proposals must be in a sealed envelope.

Financial and Technical Proposal must be separately in a sealed envelope indicating the subject of this works, name of the bidder, date of submission and time as indicated.
