REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS

The Ministry of Education now invites sealed quotations from eligible bidders for custom made furniture as per specifications given in RFQ document.

Information Session:

An information session will be held for interested parties on 11^th March 2018 (Sunday) 13:00 pm at Coordination Support Unit, Ministry of Education (Ground Floor, Ghaazee Building, Ameer Ahmed Magu). Bids will not be accepted from those parties who do not attend this information session.

RFQ document:

Interested parties can download Request for Quotation document from Gazette (attached). Final and full details of required furniture will be shared during the information session. Bids without the completed RFQ document will be rejected.

Bid Submission/Bid Opening:

Interested parties must submit their bids on or before 14^th March 2018 (Wednesday) at 13:00 pm at Coordination Support Unit, Ministry of Education (Ground Floor, Ghaazee Building, Ameer Ahmed Magu), where they will be opened in the presence of bidders who wish to attend bid opening. Bids without completed RFQ document and late bids will be rejected.
