Remuneration

Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Qualification 

Experience of academic administration will be an added advantage.

Fluent in English and good communication skills.

Minimum 2 years of teaching experience will be an added advantage.

Familiar with MS Office Package.

Academic Writing Skills.

Qualification and Experience

Ability to delegate and monitor work of subordinates.

High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.

Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization.

Strong problem solving and creative skills and ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.

Knowledge and Skills

Assist in screening and selecting faculty applications.

Manage orientations and training for new batches.

Collaborate with faculty to conduct new student workshops.

Develops Program rules, policies on examination and assessment etc.

Implement quality assurance measures to ensure that the program meets the desired outcomes.

Ensures that all MMI policies and procedures are accurately and consistently implemented.

Coordinate with lecturers to develop lesson plans and materials.

Develop and manage comprehensive academic support program.

Prepare and maintain student records according to MMI policies and administrative regulations.

Assist students on course selection, study habits and career selection.

Assist in development of training modules and programs.

Developing and writing training modules, preparing training materials with regard to MQA Standards.
