DESIGN, CONTRACTOR FINANCING AND CONSTRUCTON OF 15

STOREY RESIDENTIAL TOWER AT HULHUMALE PHASE-2

 MRDC/IFB/2017/19

Maldives Road Development Corporation Ltd has decided to construct 12,000 sqft residential tower of 15 storey’s at Hulhumale Phase-2.

Non-refundable registration fee of USD1, 500.00 (USD One Thousand Five Hundred Only) is required. Registration and registration fee collection is schedule from 04^th December 2017 to 11^th December

2017(Except Friday & Saturday) from 8:30hrs to14:00hrs at Maldives road Development Corporation Ltd (Head Office), Maafaiythakurufaanu magu, Male’ 20386, Republic of Maldives.

Bid proposals will only be accepted along with Refundable Bid Security Value settled in full as mentioned below.

          Bid Security as above must be submitted with the Bid proposal(s).

          Bid Security shall be settled by a Cash/Bank Guaranteed Cheque / Bank TT.

          Bid Security must remain valid for 180 days from Bid Opening Day.

          Bid winner may opt to convert this deposit to Performance Guarantee under the contract.
