Supply, delivery and installation of IT Equipment to 2 Schools (EEDP/G.26)

REQUEST FOR BIDS

The Ministry of Education now invites sealed quotations from eligible bidders for the Supply, delivery and installation of the below items:

1. Iskandhar School, K. Male’ (Computer Systems and Printer)
2. Funadhoo School, Sh. Funadhoo (Computer Systems)

Information Session:

An information session will be held for interested parties on 4^th October 2017 (Wednesday) 11:00 am at Coordination Support Unit, Ministry of Education (Ground Floor, Ghaazee Building). Bids will not be accepted of those parties who do not attend this information session.

Bidding document:

Interested parties can request for the Bidding document (Bidding Document for IT Equipment to 2 Schools) document by emailing [email protected] and [email protected] .

Bid Opening:

Interested parties must submit their bids on or before 11^th October 2017 (Wednesday) at 13:00 pm at Coordination Support Unit, Ministry of Education (Ground Floor, Ghaazee Building), where they will be opened in the presence of bidders who wish to attend bid opening. Bidders are required to submit a Bid Security of MVR 20,000/- (Maldivian Rufiyaa Twenty Thousand Only) in the form of a Bank Guarantee or Bank Certified Cheque. .Bids submitted without the Bid Security and late bids will be rejected.
