REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS

The Ministry of Education now invites sealed quotations from eligible bidders for the Supply, delivery and installation of the below items:

Computer Lab Furniture for Iskandhar School:

35 Computer Chairs

Information Session:

An information session will be held for interested parties on 24^th September 2017 (Sunday) 11:00 am at Coordination Support Unit, Ministry of Education (Ground Floor, Ghaazee Building, Ameer Ahmed Magu). Bids will not be accepted of those parties who do not attend this information session.

RFQ document:

Interested parties can request for the Request for Quotation (RFQ) document by emailing [email protected] and [email protected] . Bids without the completed RFQ document will be rejected.

Bid Opening:

Interested parties must submit their bids on or before 28^th September 2017 (Thursday) at 11:00 am at Coordination Support Unit, Ministry of Education (Ground Floor, Ghaazee Building, Ameer Ahmed Magu), where they will be opened in the presence of bidders who wish to attend bid opening. Bids without the RFQ document and late bids will be rejected.
