Field: Real Estate and Property Management

Work Setting: Research Centre

Educational Qualification: A Master Degree or higher in Real Estate and Property Management or a related field

Salary: MVR 5000 per month

Contract Duration: 3 months (can be extended if the project is not complete within the specified duration)

Responsibilities: Provide guidance and assistance in data analysis in report writing in the following areas:

  • Social Housing Finance Mechanism
  • Urban Development, Economics and Social systems
  • Valuation and Investment Appraisal
  • Property Law and Practice
  •  Building in Use and, Planning and Development
  • Inner City Revitalization and Informal Land and Housing Markets.
