Developing and Printing of VIA Magazine for MACL

The Maldives Airports Company Limited (MACL) operating the Velana International Airport (VIA) seeks a party to develop and print a VIA Magazine for MACL as per MACL requirements. As MACL did not receive a sufficient response for the Tender Notice (RFP No:  116-F3/IFB/2017/8 dated 27^th February 2017), it has been annulled and MACL re-invites sealed bids once again for the same.

Interested firms shall register in the bidding by an expression of interest by post, fax or email ([email protected]) on or before 1400hrs of 18^th April 2017, Tuesday. The Tender Document in English language will be distributed to all the registered bidders via email. Only the registered Bidders will be allowed to submit bids.

Sealed bids in compliance with the details and requirements stated in the Tender Document shall be submitted in sealed envelopes and must be delivered to the address in the Tender Document on or before 1400hrs of 08^th May 2017, Monday. Late bids will be rejected.

The Offers from each Bidder will be opened at sharp 1400hrs on 08^th May 2017, Monday, in MACL Corporate Office Building at VIA, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend.

Evaluation of the bids will be performed after which MACL will deliberate and finalize the award.
