މި ކުންފުނީގެ ބޭނުމަށް 30,000cbm އަދި 36,000cbm އާ ދެމެދުގެ ކެޕޭސިޓީ ހުރި ކްލީން ޕެޓްރޯލިއަމް ޓޭންކަރެއް ހޯދުމަށް ބޭނުންވެއްޖެއެވެ. ވީމާ، މިކަމަށް ޝައުގުވެރިވެލައްވާ ޝަރުޠު ފުރިހަމަވާ ރާއްޖެއާއި، ރާއްޖެއިން ބޭރުގެ ޝިޕް ބްރޯކާސް އަދި ޝިޕް އޯނާސް އަށް ބީލަން ހުށަހެޅުމުގެ ފުރުޞަތު ހުޅުވައިލަމެވެ.

ސުވާލާއި ޖަވާބު

ބީލަން ކަރުދާސް ބައްލަވައިގަތުމަށް ފަހު ހުށަހަޅުއްވަން ބޭނުންފުޅުވެލައްވާ ސުވާލުތައް 2016 ނޮވެންބަރު 26 ވާ ދުވަސް ނިމުމުގެ ކުރިން އީމެއިލުން ފޮނުވަންވާނެއެވެ. ރަޖިސްޓަރީ ވެފައިވާ ފަރާތްތަކަށްް ޖަވާބުދާރީ ވެވޭނެއެވެ.

TENDER NOTICE ISSUED BY STATE TRADING ORGANIZATION PLC TO PURCHASE A CLEAN PETROLEUM PRODUCT TANKER

Tenderers are hereby invited by State Trading Organization Plc. of the Republic of Maldives, to submit their proposal for the subjected tender. The eligible Tenderers are limited to ship-brokers and ship-owners who meet the requirements set out in tender documents.

General Description

Title: Purchase of a 30,000 to 36,000 CBM Clean Petroleum Tanker

Organization of execution: State Trading Organization Plc. of the Republic of Maldives 

Eligibility: Should be a ship-owner or a ship-broker. If the tenderer is a ship-broker, the tenderer must have successfully completed the sale of one or more Vessel with 10,000 DWT or above and should submit written proof.                 

Specifications: The following specific criteria must be met; 

• Vessel type: Vessel offered must be a dedicated Clean Petroleum Product (CPP) tanker
• Carrying capacity: 30,000 to 36,000 CBM
• Type of cargo: MGO, ULG and JET A-1
• Country of Built: Japan, South Korea & EU countries
• Age:  Not more than 13 years by the time of purchase
• Docking: Must not be due 1 years from the date of purchase
• Class: Vessel must be under an IACS member class
• Insurance:
  • Hull and Machinery must be insured and valid at the time of purchase and
  • Must have valid protection and indemnity (P&I) cover from a member who is under International Group of P&I
• Bunker storage:  Vessel offered must be able to carry bunkers for minimum 32 days of steaming in fully laden condition. 
• Minimum service Speed at full load: Minimum 12 KNOTS per hr
• Tanks: Stainless Steel or Mild steel (Fully epoxy coated suitable for CPP cargoes on total cubic capacity)
• Cargo segregation; minimum 3 Grades of cargo segregation with double valve, Independent lines and venting system
• Discharging rate: minimum speed. 600 cbm/hr
• Crane: 1 Units Hose handling crane min. SWL 01Tons
• Min no of cargo tanks: 8
• Must have dedicated slop tank
• No limitations on trading areas except ice regions and US waters 

Bonus specification:

• Vessel having a shaft generator will be an advantage
• Fuel efficiency will be an added advantage

• Main Engine: Preferred Brands: MAN B&W and Sulzer,  

Tendering Process

Registration & Bid Document: Eligible parties are to register by settling a non-refundable registration fee of US$ 200.00 latest by 02^nd December 2016, 1600hrs. Method of payment shall beby Direct Deposit to our US Dollar account A/c no. 200 005999 103, SWIFT code: HSBCMVMV at The Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (HSBC). Parties should send the Payment Advice to the e-mail address specified below.

Questions and Replies: Questions shall be type-written in English and shall be submitted to the address specified below. Deadline for queries is 03rd December 2016, 1000hrs by e-mail.Replies to questions will be given on or before 04^th December 2016, 1600hrs . 

Tender Opening: Bid Submission Deadline is 15^th December 2016,1600hrs and a bid opening session will be held at STO Head Office for bidder who choose to attend and submit the original proposal.
