Subject: Design and Supervision Consultancy Service for Survey and Design of Rainwater Harvesting System in Dh.Bandidhoo, Dh.Meedhoo, Dh.Hulhudheli, Ga.Nilandhoo, Ga.Maamendhoo, Ga.Kodey, Gdh.Nadella, Gdh.Hoadehdhoo, Th.Vandhoo, Gdh.Fiyoari, Gdh.Rathafandhoo, Gdh.Faresmaathodaa, M.Raiymandhoo, Th.Gaadhiffushi, Th.Omadhoo, Th.Kandoodhoo, Th.Kinbidhoo, Th.Dhiyamigili, M.Veyvah and M.Naalafushi, Maldives

 1. The Government of the Republic of Maldives has allocated funds through Green Climate Fund (GCF) for the development of Rainwater Harvesting System in the Islands of Dh.Bandidhoo, Dh.Meedhoo, Dh.Hulhudheli, Ga.Nilandhoo, Ga.Maamendhoo, Ga.Kodey, Gdh.Nadella, Gdh.Hoadehdhoo, Th.Vandhoo, Gdh.Fiyoari, Gdh.Rathafandhoo, Gdh.Faresmaathodaa, M.Raiymandhoo, Th.Gaadhiffushi, Th.Omadhoo, Th.Kandoodhoo, Th.Kinbidhoo, Th.Dhiyamigili, M.Veyvah and M.Naalafushi and intends to apply part of the proceeds towards procuring the services of Survey, Design and Supervision Consultancy Service of these projects.

 2. The services include preparation of Preliminary Design, Detailed Design، Preparation of Tender Documents, Bill of Quantities (BoQ), Evaluation, Contract Negotiation, Preparation of Contract Agreement, Contract Management and Supervision works for the provision of Rainwater Harvesting System in the 20 target islands.

 3. Ministry of Finance and Treasury on behalf of Ministry of Environment and Energy now invites interested eligible consultants to submit their proposal according to the Request for Proposal (RFP). Interested parties must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (Company profile, Company registration, Organizational structure, brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate staffs, etc). Parties may associate to enhance their qualifications.

 4. Interested consultants shall be registered to submit the proposals upon submission of a written application to the address in clause 07 of this RFP between 8:30hrs and 13:30hrs Maldives Time on all working days from 25^th August 2016 till 6^th September 2016. The RFP document in English will be available for download from www.finance.gov.mv.

 5. Any clarifications to the proposal shall be send to the email address given below on or before 6^th September 2016,14:00hrs(local time) Tuesday.

 6. The proposals are expected to be submitted to the address by no later than 11:00 hours local time on 25^th September 2016, Sunday.
