REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL   

West Coast Waterfront Mixed Development Project in Male’

The Ministry of Finance and Treasury, on behalf of Ministry of Housing and Infrastructure (the Employer) of Government of Republic of Maldives intends to seek a developer to develop and operate a 6512.17sqm distinctive world-class mixed development facility at the west coast water front on Ground lease basis for a term of 50 years.

The Ministry of Finance and Treasury, behalf of Ministry of Environment and Energy (the Employer), has decided to extend the deadline of registration to submit bids for the subjected project (Reference Number: (IUL) 13-K1/13/2016/72) to 1330 hours of May 02, 2016.

Interested parties shall register to submit the proposal by writing to the address below till June 26, 2016. Only registered parties shall be eligible to submit proposals, Request for Proposal (RFP) in electronic format shall be available for download from the Ministry of Finance and Treasury website www.finance.gov.mv.

Interested developers may obtain further information on request by writing to the address below no later than 1400 hours on June 19, 2016.

The Request for Proposals shall be delivered to the address below by regular mail, emails or fax, no later than 1300 hours Maldivian time on June 27, 2016 (Monday).
