Subjects: Consultancy Services to Develop and Conceptualize an Efficient and Proper Waste Management System for Male’
1. Ministry of Environment and Energy on behalf of the Government of Maldives is seeking the assistance of a qualified and competent company/firm for the Consultancy Services to Develop and Conceptualize an Efficient and Proper Waste Management System for Male’.
2. This consultancy service is expected to develop and conceptualize an efficient and proper solid waste management system for Male’ with a provision of 100% waste transfer to the Thilafushi regional waste management facility. Specific consideration will be given on collection, transport, separate, intermediary treatment and/or process and transfer of waste.
3. The Ministry of Environment and Energy (MEE), now invites interested eligible consultants to submit their proposals according to the Request for Proposals (RFP). Interested parties must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignment, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.). Parties may associate to enhance their qualifications.
4. The RFP document, for the consulting services will be available on the Ministry website www.environment.gov.mv.
5. Interested consultants may obtain further information on request by writing to the address below no later than 1400 hours on 12/06/2016.

6. The proposals are expected to be submitted to the address by 1100 hours local time on 14/06/2016, Tuesday in the presence of the representative of the bidders.
