Visit Maldives Corporation (VMC) seeks to hire a party for the Printing, Production and Delivery of Calendar 2027.

Please note that the previous announcement for this project, Reference No. (IUL)VMC-PROC/1/2026/34, has been cancelled as no bids were received by the submission deadline. Accordingly, VMC is re-announcing the requirement under the present announcement.

Bid Registration

Interested parties are requested to register their bid registration through Visit Maldives Vendor Portal (vendor.vmc.mv) before 15:00 hours on 05^th November 2026 (Maldives Local Time).

Parties who are not yet registered as vendors are requested to complete their vendor registration through the link below before proceeding with the bid registration.

Registration Deadline: before 15:00 hours on 05^th November 2026 (Maldives Local Time).

Please note that registering as a VMC vendor on  the portal and registration for a specific bid on the portal are two separate processes. A company that is registered as a vendor but has not registered for the specific bid will not be eligible to submit a proposal for that bid. Therefore, kindly ensure that you register for each bid separately through the Vendor portal to be eligible to participate in the respective bidding process.

Bid Submission

Registered parties are requested to submit bids as follows:

Local Bidders (Registered in Maldives): In-person submission at H. Zonaria, 4th Floor, at 11:00 hours on 09^th November 2026 (Maldives Local Time)

International Bidders: Submit bids by email to [email protected] before 1100 hours on 09th November 2026. Bids submitted to other emails and late submissions will not be considered for evaluation.
