Maldives Port Development Pvt Ltd (MPD) invites qualified and experienced vessel operators, heavy vehicle suppliers, and service providers to submit proposals for the lease/rental of marine vessels and heavy vehicles on an as-and-when-required-required basis.

Eligibility

• Bidders/Suppliers must have an established fleet or vehicle inventory.

• All offered vessels and vehicles must meet national seaworthiness, roadworthiness, and regulatory standards.

Documents to be Submitted

• Company registration certificate and GST registration (if applicable)

• List of available vessels/vehicles (including capacity and operating condition}.

• Price proposal hourly, daily and monthly rental rates and service terms. (price proposal must be valid for minimum 18 months)

Inspection

Before acceptance, MPD will conduct pre- and post-delivery inspections for all vessels and vehicles, which will also include a sea trial for vessels.

5. Key dates

Proposals must state all rental prices clearly in MVR, including taxes, duties, delivery to Malé, and all other charges. List any exclusions or assumptions separately.

Final Scoring Matrix Template

MPD will provide meals for the fleet staff if work is carried out outside of Malé. The quoted price must include all fleet staff and fuel costs.
