Introduction

Male’ Water & Sewerage Company Pvt Ltd (MWSC) invites interested and qualified vendors to submit proposals for the “Operations Building Surveillance System Cabling”

Interested vendors are requested to review the attached Scope of Work &Bill of Materials for the detailed scope of work and requirements, and to follow the schedule below to complete the registration process and proposal submission process.

Scope of Work

The selected vendor shall supply all materials and labor for the Operations Building surveillance cabling works in accordance with the attached Scope of Work & Bill of Materials. The scope covers fifteen (15) camera cable points without termination.

Qualification Requirements

Interested and qualified vendors wishing to undertake this project shall meet the following requirements and submit the relevant supporting documents:

• Business Registration Certificate at Economic Ministry
• Company Profile / Portfolio.
• SME Registration Certificate
• GST Registration Certificate
• Company Business Information Sheet (Economic Ministry), Generated within 1 month from the Bid submission deadline
• The vendor shall provide at least two (2) references for network cabling projects completed within the last three (3) years, each with a value above MVR 30,000.00. Acceptable evidence includes reference letters, purchase orders, contracts or completion certificates with client contact details.

Registration Process

Interested vendors are required to register for the tender through the link Bidder Registration between 29^th October 2026 to 03^rd November 2026. Further information and a soft copy of the tender documents will be shared with the registered tenderers on 04^th November 2026.
