With the issuance of this Addendum No. 03, all Bidders are requested to take note of the changes and incorporate the relevant amendments in the preparation and submission of their Bids. Where applicable, the provisions of this Addendum shall supersede the corresponding provisions of the original Bidding Documents.

Registration deadline Extension |
As responses to certain technical clarifications are still being finalized, adequate additional time has been provided for interested vendors to complete their registration and prepare their Bids. This extension is intended to ensure that all prospective Bidders have sufficient time to consider the clarifications and incorporate any relevant information into their submissions. Registration deadline Extended until 14:00hrs of 15th October 2026. |

Bid Security: Whether the bid security will remain acceptable for bid submission under the revised deadline.

The Bid Security issued with reference to the initial Bid Submission Deadline shall remain acceptable. However, the successful Bidder may be required to extend the validity of the Bid Security, where necessary, in accordance with the applicable requirements. |

Reason for Extension of Bid submission and Registration deadlines. |
The deadlines have been extended to allow adequate time for responding to technical clarifications raised by prospective Bidders and to provide sufficient time to register and prepare the Bids accordingly. Response to the Clarifications will be issued through the next Amendment 4. |
All provisions of the original Bidding Documents that have not been amended or modified through the issued Addenda shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
