Post: Assistant Administrative Officer

Qualifications & Experience:

Additional Requirement

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the airport office’s general administrative requirements are met, including office supplies, equipment, correspondence, filing, and other shared office functions.
- Provide administrative support for HR, Administration, Procurement, and Finance activities in coordination with the relevant Head Office departments.
- Assist with daily HR-related activities, including attendance management, payroll-related matters, recruitment, employee records, staff documentation, and other HR administrative requirements.
- Assist with procurement activities, including preparing and processing purchase requests, obtaining quotations, maintaining procurement records, and coordinating with Head Office as required.
- Assist with finance-related administrative tasks, including data entry, documentation, invoice processing, payment-related records, and submission of required documents to Head Office.
- Attend to front desk and reception duties when required, including receiving visitors, handling calls, and directing enquiries to the relevant personnel.
- Maintain airport office records, registers, correspondence, and other administrative documentation, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
- Assist in maintaining the Customer Complaints and Feedback Register, including recording complaints and feedback and issuing initial acknowledgements where required.
- Provide administrative support for airport maintenance and operational requirements, including preparing documentation, coordinating requests, and following up with relevant sections or Head Office.
- Assist with travel and accommodation arrangements for staff and official visitors as required.
- Provide administrative support during meetings, events, training programmes, and other airport activities as required.
- Ensure daily office administration is maintained, including organizing office areas, handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, and opening and closing the office when required.
- Coordinate with airport management, Head Office departments, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure administrative matters are followed up and completed on time.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Head Office or the relevant supervisor from time to time.
Remuneration Package:
- Basic Salary: MVR 8,000.00
- Daily Allowance: MVR 150.00 per day attended to work

Post: Firefighter Trainee
Location: Muli Airport (MUM)

Minimum Qualification:
- Completed O’ Levels with 3 passes
Additional Requirements:
- Candidate must be between 18 to 30 years of age.
- Ability to complete the physical fitness test (IPPT+PAT)
Responsibilities
- Participate in ARFF training programs, drills, lectures, fire exercises, and physical fitness training as directed.
- Learn and familiarize yourself with ARFF Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety practices and operational guidelines.
- Assist in station duties, including cleaning and upkeep of the fire station, vehicles, vessels and equipment.
- Be on standby on the airside during aircraft arrivals and departures as per duty roster, under direct supervision of the shift in charge/crew commander.
- Observe and support emergency response operations during incidents while positioned at designated standby locations.
- Assist in basic inspection and readiness checks of equipment and station facilities under supervision.
- Ensure proper care and maintenance of assigned personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain required medical and physical fitness standards in accordance with ARFF Medical and Physical Requirements.
- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and readiness to meet training and operational requirements.
- Comply with all lawful instructions issued by Leading Firefighters, Sub Officers and higher-ranking officers.
- Perform any other training, standby, or support duties assigned by ARFF Supervisors or Management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and carrying out general maintenance and repair works for airport buildings and facilities in coordination with the Section Head.
- Support the Maintenance team in daily maintenance activities, operational projects, and maintenance improvements.
- Monitor and assign tasks to drivers and cleaning and gardening agents and ensure the timely completion of assigned duties.
- Coordinate and monitor airport waste collection and disposal activities.
- Oversee cleaning of airport roads and road drainage systems.
- Support the maintenance of grass, forest areas, and vegetation around the runway edges and surrounding areas.
- Assist with maintenance inspections, audits, safety requirements, and compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
- Assist in planning and scheduling preventive and reactive maintenance activities.
- Coordinate maintenance work with other departments, service providers, vendors, and external parties in coordination with the Section Head.
- P Provide recommendations for operational changes to improve equipment maintenance and operational practices, contributing to overall efficiency.
- Assist in preparing maintenance budgets, cost analyses, reports, statistics, and other required information.
- Support safety and awareness training and promote safe equipment use and maintenance practices.
- Assist in reviewing and updating maintenance procedures, routines, operational plans and company documents.

- Assist in routine maintenance and inspections of airport facilities and equipment.

- Monitor and assign tasks to drivers and ensure they collect waste from various areas of the airport.
- Manage waste collection and disposal, ensuring cleanliness of airport premises.
- Ensure the cleanliness of roads and proper functioning of road drainage systems.
- Maintain grass and forest areas along the runway edge and surrounding areas.
- Assist in obtaining oil for the fuel shed.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational standards.
- Coordinate with other units and stakeholders to maintain smooth airport operations.
- Report and document maintenance activities accurately.
