REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ)

Subject: Purchase of Software Licenses

Housing Development Finance Corporation Plc. (HDFC) invites quotations from eligible and authorized suppliers for the renewal of the following software licenses:

Notes:

• The supplier must be an authorized distributor.
• The quoted price shall be provided for a three (3) year contractual commitment, with annual billing/payment for each year. Suppliers shall clearly indicate the annual subscription/license fee applicable for each year of the three-year contract period.
• Please clearly indicate the annual cost for each year of the three-year contract.
• Quotations should also include the option to add new licenses on a pro-rata basis during the contract period.

• All submissions must be in PDF file format (maximum file size 20 MB).
