The Supply of Futsal Ground Materials

MRDC tender no. MRDC/IFB/2015/52 (17th December 2015) has been cancelled due to only two bidders attended for bid submission.

Maldives Road Development Corporation Limited (MRDCL) invites sealed documents from interested firms (Local or Foreign) to submit their proposals for the supply of the following materials required for futsal ground.

• Turf
• Light Post
• Light

A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of MVR 1,500.00 The method of payment shall be by cash. Bidding documents will be sold from 28^th February 2016 to 03^rd March 2016 between 0900 hrs to 1400 hrs. Bidding document can be inspected from the MRDC website www.mrdc.com.mv

A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on 07^th March 2016 at 1300 hrs for bidders who choose to attend.

Sealed bids in compliance with the details and requirements stated in the bidding documents must be submitted to the following address on or before 1300 hrs on 14^th March 2016.

Bids shall be submitted in two separate envelopes, one containing the Technical offer and the other containing the Commercial offer. Both envelopes must be sealed and marked and placed within a single envelope. An original and one copy shall be submitted. Original and Copy should be marked with the invitation for bid (IFB) number and titled “The Supply of Futsal Ground Materials: Do not open before 1300 hrs on 14^th March 2016” and addressed as follows:

The technical offer from each bidder shall be opened at 1300 hrs on 14^th March 2016 at the Conference Room of MRDC in the Administration Building at Male’. Parties who hasn’t purchased the bid document will not be allowed to participate in this meeting.  

A Technical Evaluation of the bids shall follow and once the evaluation report is ready, qualified bidders shall be informed of the Commercial offer opening venue, date and time. Disqualified bidders Commercial offer will be returned unopened. An evaluation of the Commercial offer shall follow, after which the Tender Evaluation Committee will deliberate and finalize the award.
