Introduction

Male’ Water & Sewerage Company Pvt Ltd (MWSC) invites interested and qualified vendors to submit proposals for the “Docking and Servicing MWSC Marine 4”

Interested vendors are requested to review the attached Terms of Reference (TOR) for the detailed scope of work and requirements, and to follow the schedule below to complete the registration process and proposal submission process.

Qualification, Preliminary & Technical Requirements

Interested and competent vendors must meet the following preliminary requirements and provide the required documents, as applicable:

• Business Registration Certificate at Economic Ministry
• Mira Tax Clearance (within 6 months from the bid submission deadline)
• GST Registration
• Company Business Information Sheet (Economic Ministry), Generated within 1 month from the Bid submission deadline 
• The Vendor should own and operate a dockyard facility or possess a valid agreement with a recognized dockyard, providing access to and use of the dockyard's facilities, infrastructure, and services for the execution of the works.
• The dockyard should be equipped with suitable lifting, launching, and vessel handling equipment necessary to safely carry out vessel slipping, docking, launching, and related operations.
• The Vendor shall have a minimum of five (5) years of proven experience in the docking, repair, maintenance, structural refurbishment, and modification of fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) vessels.
• The Vendor should maintain valid insurance coverage throughout the contract period, providing adequate protection for MWSC vessels, personnel, equipment, and third parties against loss, damage, injury, or liability arising from the execution of the works.
• The Vendor shall submit details of the Marine Engineers and technical personnel proposed for engine, generator, propulsion, and structural repair works. The submission shall include educational qualifications, professional certifications, relevant training, and documented work experience

Interested vendors wishing to participate in this tender shall complete the registration form via the link provided below. The registration period shall commence on 17^th September 2026 and close on 20^th September 2026. Tender documents will be emailed to registered participants on 21^st September 2026 to the email address provided in the registration form.

Tender Schedule

 Bid Security & Performance Guarantee

Each Service provider shall furnish a bid security in the amount of MVR 10,000/-. Successful service provider shall furnish to the Employer a performance Bank Guarantee in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the Contract sum within Fourteen (14) days of receipt of the notification of award from the Employer.
