Introduction 

StatePharma invites bids from eligible and qualified suppliers for the supply, delivery, registration, and handover of medical transportation vehicles and warehouse material handling equipment as detailed in the Terms of Reference (TOR).

This tender is based on the Terms of Reference (TOR) and outlines the requirements, submission process, and evaluation criteria.

Query Deadline: 22^nd September 2026, before 14:00PM

Response to query: 23^rd September 2026, before 14:00PM

Submission Deadline: 27^th September 2026, before 10:00AM, Via email to [email protected]

All parties must submit their proposal in response to this Tender  via email to [email protected].  

(The Quotation maybe password protected, however the password should be shared via email to the same address above after the bid submission deadline stated in the Procurement Schedule).
