SENIOR OFFICER – MARKETING

Position Type: Permanent (Initial contract shall be for a period of 1 (one) year. The contract shall be renewed as permanent based on performance upon successful completion of one year.)

REQUIREMENTS

• Advance Diploma in Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, Social management content creation, or a similar role
• Excellent computer skills with knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Dhivehi
• Exposed to photography, videography and editing skills
• A team player, able to work independently and adhere to tight reporting deadlines
• Pleasant personality

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ability to create creative and engaging digital content, including social media posts, Reels, and fundamental photo and video content for marketing purposes.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media management, content marketing, and online brand management.
•  Ability to manage, update, and optimize content across the company website, mobile app, and social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
•  Basic knowledge of SEO, digital advertising, and email marketing is an advantage.
• Ability to ensure brand consistency and compliance with corporate brand guidelines across all digital and communication channels.
• A proactive, creative, and collaborative team player with a pleasant personality and strong attention to detail.
