The Government of Maldives (“GOM”) represented by the Ministry of Tourism and Aviation (“MoTCA”) invites eligible investors, local or foreign, to submit their interest to develop a Tourist Resort in the following island listed below.

Interested parties may submit proposals as follows:

 Meetings to provide information for interested parties shall be held virtually via Microsoft TEAMS, as follows:

        a) Session 1 - 11:00 hrs (Local Time) Wednesday, 07^th September 2026

        b) Session 2 - 11:00 hrs (Local Time) Wednesday, 05^th October 2026

Those who wish to participate must email to [email protected] expressing the interest with name, email address and phone number, before 1200hrs on 06^th September 2026 and 04^th October 2026 respectively.

The application form to purchase the Bid Document can be obtained from the Ministry’s website (www.tourism.gov.mv).  The Bid Document will be available to purchase from 09^th August 2026 to 22^nd November 2026 between 0900hrs to 1300hrs, excluding government holidays. Applicants are required to submit the completed application form via email to [email protected].
