REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS   

Consultancy Services for Survey, Design of Sewerage Facilities in Aa.Feridhoo & N.Henbadhoo, Maldives

1. The Government of Republic of Maldives has allocated funds towards the cost of sewerage infrastructure development on Aa.Feridhoo & N.Henbadhoo and intends to apply part of the proceeds towards procuring the services of Survey and Design consultancy of these projects.

2. The services include Preparation of Preliminary and Detailed Design and Tender Documents for the Provision of Water Supply Facilities in Aa.Feridhoo & N.Henbadhoo, Maldives.

3. The Government of Maldives, represented by Ministry of Finance and Treasury, did not receive sufficient response for the subjected project (Ref No. (IUL) 13-K1/13/2015/267). Now re-invites interested eligible consultants to submit their proposals according to the Request for Proposals (RFP). Interested parties must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignment, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.).  Parties may associate to enhance their qualifications.

4. The Request for Proposal document, in the English language maybe available by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below, during between 0830 hrs and 1330 hrs on all working days from February 11, 2016 till February 25, 2016. It is also published in the Ministry of Finance and Treasury’s website www.finance.gov.mv

5. The Interested consultants shall submit documentary evidence (Tax Clearance Report) of no due payment to the Government of Maldives, obtained from Maldives Inland Revenue Authority along with the proposal. This document shall be dated no earlier than 10 (Ten) days prior to the proposal submission date.

6. Any clarifications to the proposal may be sent to the email addresses given below on or before February 29, 2016, Monday at 1400 hours.

7. The proposals are expected to be submitted to the address by no later than 1100 hours local time on March 10, 2015, Thursday.
