The Maldives Industrial Fisheries Company Limited (MIFCO) invites eligible and qualified bidders to submit proposals for the design, supply, testing, and commissioning of a 10-ton seawater tube ice plant with a 20-ton cold store, an electric power generating set, and a prefabricated building facility at Laamu Hithadhoo.

This Request for Proposals (RFP) is a re-publication of Bid Ref. No. 134-PRO/I/2026/85, which has been cancelled. Interested bidders are invited to submit proposals in accordance with the revised RFP. The RFP document outlining the detailed scope of work, technical specifications, submission requirements, and evaluation criteria is attached to this announcement.

Important Note:

• Bids shall be submitted physically in sealed envelopes, together with the original Bid Security, to the Procurement Department, Maldives Industrial Fisheries Company Limited (MIFCO), Hilaalee Magu, Maafannu, Malé, Republic of Maldives, on 11th August 2026 at 01:00pm Male’ Time
• Bidders or their authorized representatives are required to attend the Bid Opening Meeting.
• All requests for clarification shall be submitted via email to [email protected] on or before 09th August 2026 02:00 pm (Male' Time).
• Late submissions, bids submitted without the original Bid Security, or bids not submitted in sealed envelopes shall not be accepted.
• MIFCO reserves the right to amend, postpone, or cancel this bidding process at any time without incurring any liability.
