Assistant Human Resource Officer
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT
- A’Level 3 passes(or)
- O’Level 5 passes (including English and Dhivehi) (or)
- Certificate Level 3 or 4 in a relevant field
- Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in relevant field.
OVERALL SCOPE
Responsible to assist in maintaining a well-organized knowledge base, supporting learning and development programs, and facilitating knowledge-sharing practices.
SCOPE OF WORK
- Assist in developing and reviewing knowledge management strategies for the organization-wide knowledge base under the guidance of a supervisor.
- Assist in identifying knowledge gaps and specific needs of different departments of the organization.
- Maintain and regularly update the knowledge base in an efficient manner.
- Assist to develop annual learning and development plans/budgets.
- Provide assistance to design, develop, review and manage programs related to knowledge management.
- Foster a culture of knowledge-sharing and collaborative workflow amongst departments & cross-functional teams.
- Assist to monitor progress and learning processes by keeping track of engagement, outcomes, business.
- Provide assistance to promote organizational innovation and collaborative working through agile, dynamic learning practices and knowledge sharing initiatives.
- Create and maintain documentation related to knowledge management processes, best practices, and guidelines.
- Maintain all documents related to the unit in an easily retrievable manner.
JOB SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS
- Should be familiar with the Microsoft Office package.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Dhivehi.
- Should possess planning and reporting skills.
- Should be able to manage databases effectively.
- Should be well organized, detail-oriented, forward thinking and proactive.
- Should be able to priorities tasks and manage one's own time effectively.
- Should be able work as an individual and as a flexible team player.
- Should possess interpersonal skills.
SALARY PACKAGE
Gross Salary of MVR 13,000.00
